Other than that, I think tuna sandwiches are also great. Just take a can of tuna, drain out the water/oil, add some mayonnaise, salt and pepper, then place it on a bread. Tadah, you have a meal!

I agree with the potatoes idea! I recently discovered a recipe for mini hasselback potatoes, which are super easy but look quite fancy! They are great appetizers. I would suggest looking for recipes on Pinterest.Neoli wrote: ↑31 May 2020, 09:10 Potatoes are a great ingredient for easy and fast recipes! You can make them mashed (just boil until potatoes are soft and then mash them, add some butter, milk, salt and pepper, then you're good to go), baked (place some oil and then leave in an oven/microwave for a while), or fried (chop them into fries and then place in hot oil and fry until golden brown).

You need soft taco shells, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and sause. We use an air fryer for ours, but I am sure you can find the temperature and time for an oven online. Very quick and easy.

You can try making 3 layer sandwich by spreading butter on the first layer, then jam or preserves on the second, and ketchup on the third. It's super easy and yum.
For open sandwiches, just chop some veggies or maybe use baby spinach and cheese and pop it into the oven. It is again super easy and yum.
