Hi! Does anybody have an easy and tasty cheesecake recipe? I have tried a few but I haven't found the one if you know what I mean.

I have tried several internet recipes and they always crack! When this happens I'll just cover the top with jam or a berry sauce!!

I have also tried several but my cheese keeps on backfiring ...
