Before coming to England, I used to drink a lot of small espressos. I never understood how the English drank tea with milk. When I was a kid, my mom would give us tea with lemon, usually when we were sick.
I thought tea and milk didn't mix well.
However, the first time I tried a proper English cuppa, made by an English person, I really enjoyed it!
Now, I drink tea with milk every night before bedtime;
it has become a ritual for me. However, I still enjoy my coffee shots!

However, I mostly drink water. It's my most common companion.

Coffee Cons: Can cause sleep issues, stomach problems, weaken bones, and increase anxiety.
Tea Pros: Many types with unique benefits, has antioxidants, usually has less caffeine than coffee, some types help digestion, and can relax the mind.
Tea Cons: Can stain teeth, might interfere with iron absorption, drinking too much (especially sugary ones) isn't great, and still has some caffeine.
In short, both coffee and tea have good and not-so-good sides. It's best to enjoy them in moderation and pick what feels right for you.
