For a long time, I thought baklava was hard to make, but after I made it, I realized how easy it was.

Sweet potato souffle. This sounds so complicated but it's super easy to make and always a winner.

I’m always scared to make omelette because I use to feel like the ingredients might just spoil it

Cookies. I have always felt more confident with savoury than sweet so thought it was going to be so difficult.

Crêpes! I thought I needed fancy cookware after seeing how they were made in restaurants and the like. Turns out they’re basically the same as cooking pancakes, you just tilt the pan to spread the batter.

Stew. I thought stew was hard to make. Actually, it was difficult the first time I made it. I messed it up. But now I am a pro at stewing. 😂

I'd have to say cheesecake, I always thought I would ruin the best thing in the world now I can bake one or not bake one... I have mastered an amazing no bake cheesecake as well as a creamy cheesecake you'd not believe was a cheesecake recipe at all. Not at all as dense and thick as the usual cheesecakes are the creamiest and lightest I have ever tasted in my life thank you Kathie for the recipe to the bestest cheesecake EVER!!!

Literally anything I bake. I was so scared to use one more gram of everything. Now I just toss in everything and it turns out perfect.

Chicken Biryani. The first time I made it, it turned out to be a masterpiece. I can still remember how proud I was after that achievement.

Honestly, I thought cake would be difficult to make. Because I ate too many bad cakes, I assumed it was difficult. It's not.

Soufflé was a culinary challenge I hesitated to tackle. However, after conquering the technique, I discovered it's more about precision than difficulty. Now, it's a show-stopping dessert in my repertoire.
