Baking is a wonderful hobby. I already understood this when I started experimenting myself. So far, I'm learning how to make some classic desserts.

I love to bake, unfortunately, I've simply not had much time to do so in the last couple of years. I've also been living in apartments with a kitchen the size of a postage stamp, so that also makes it difficult.

I absolutely love baking, am always looking up new recipes. My boy's are always checking the oven if there is anything new. Puddings, cakes, breads. It's fun and I find it relaxing. I would rather spend all day baking than cooking.
