My favorite pasta dish is homemade lasagna. It takes a long time to make but in the end, it is worth it. Plus, there is always leftovers for tomorrow!

Percatelli or Buccatini Spaghetti. It's the one that's so thick, there's a hole down the middle, like a straw. As a kid, my mom would give us a glass of milk and a strand of percatelli. We would drink the milk through it, then get to crunch the straw down as a snack bonus. All my siblings loved it. Finding those pasta types is hard these days, usually resorting to Amazon orders if I want to relive the old days again.

Plus having a pasta where the sauce can run down the middle makes it extra tasty too. :)

I like any pasta dish that has pasta in it :lol2:
My hubby is Italian, so we eat pasta frequently. My absolute favorite is this sauce my brother makes with meaty pork bones, huge chunks of pepperoni, and San Marzano tomatoes. It's unreal, but I have to eat Tums for dessert when I eat it :lol2:

Personally I love it with salmon, lemon, cheese (cheddar and parmesan) and spinach with some chilli. I cannot get enough of it!
I do kit cook pasta because I mess it up most of the time. But my favorite pasta dish to eat is Spaghetti stew with meatballs. It is he best.
