Cereals are unquestionably the best breakfast option for me. Cereal is the best breakfast because it is high in fiber, filling for the stomach, and simple to consume. Cereal is typically consumed with milk, although some individuals prefer cooked cereals such as oatmeal, but I prefer with milk.
