Eggs Benedict no doubt! I like classic or florentine (add meat). Many breakfast places are starting to get creative with different versions of eggs benedict.

My go-to is a breakfast taco! Normally scrambled eggs with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, and bacon/ham/sausage (depends what im feeling). Plus cheese of course

I couldn't possibly choose. I love everything about breakfast! French toast, baked beans, sausages, pancakes... I could eat them all day, everyday!
