I love to crochet. I make all kinds of things like baby dresses, blankets, plush animals, holiday decor, clothing, and accessories. I just started a new project and I am making a book sleeve for my sister! I taught myself through YouTube videos about 8 years ago. I have a shop on Etsy! It’s a fun way for me to relax.

Trying to improve my coloring skills to make more dynamic images. I'm learning how to blend and shade with colored pencils and exploring new color combinations to create depth and vibrancy. I also want to be able to create realistic textures, like fur or wood.

In my mind I have been working on putting together a list of materials, that a group of us can use, to craft a five year plan vision board. Vision boards really do work. I find that when I write things down visually they are much more likely to happen.

I finished putting together my reading journal for the year and now I'm going to get back into making resin dice for Dungeons and Dragons.

I’m currently working on sanding down a frame on a mirror that I have so I can mosaic it to match my nautical decoration in my house.

Does taxidermy count? I've been wandering my town searching for roadkill snakes to preserve. Their beauty shouldn't end on asphalt. My pet western hognose snake, Basilisk, passed away last year. He is now on my desk in a jar. You should've seen the pharmacy's workers when I told them I wasn't diabetic and I actually needed the needles to preserve a dead pet! I've been researching skull preservation as well. Just gotta find a hunter or roadkill legal for me to claim...then I can put that research to work.

Currently, I'm engrossed in a crochet project, crafting a vibrant afghan blanket. The rhythmic motion of the crochet needle is therapeutic, and I'm excited to see the final masterpiece.

I adore crafting! I have been on a bit of a scrapbooking kick lately, and now that I am expecting a new little family member, I am thrilled to be working on a baby memory book :)

I've been really into crocheting lately. I've been making bikinis, keychains, cute shorts, bracelets, and other small-sized projects. It's really fun and a great way to spend my free time.
