You make a tomatoes sauce and cook it for 15 minutes. Then, you crack your eggs on top and cook it for another 5-8 minutes or until the eggs are done to your liking.

*1 egg
*Diced tomato
*Spinach
*Crumbled feta cheese
... and that's it. You can also add in some other veggies like diced onion or green peppers as well, but I like the simple version. I just make it in a non-stick pan with no butter at all, so it's very healthy!

Put a little oil in a saucepan
Add onions, green pepper, garlic, curry, and salt, and fry.
Add tomatoes to the mix and continue frying
Add the eggs and stir till ready
It should be on low heat.
Ready and you can eat it with bread, rice or pasta.

like it plain and it's really easy to make. Fry your sauce and when it's well-cooked aff your egg and stir.

Crack 2-3 eggs in a bowl, add milk (optional), and whisk with a fork.
Add scallions, diced ham, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Microwave for two minutes at 30-second intervals, and whisk after each interval until the desired doneness.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy!
