What's the best meal you've ever made.

Mine was when I made the popular Nigerian jollof rice at our end of year party. I was overwhelmed by the comments and praises of everyone who had a taste of my meal.

Pizza fries. Me and my brother loved it. That was the first and last time I made it because after few months my oven dish fell and broke. *Sigh*

Thanksgiving dinner. We travelled in our trailer to visit family and brought along our electric smoker. We smoked a 24 pound turkey in it and made all of the sides in our tiny trailer kitchen. What little leftovers we had were taken home by our nephew. Still can't believe we pulled it off...

My best meal was one I cooked with my mother. It was Baked Macaroni and Cheese, with Turkey and homemade biscuits and gravy. Side dishes were fried Okra and Greens, served up with Sweet Tea. One of my fondest memories because wee were cooking for my Grandmother who passed away a couple of months later.
In case you can't tell from the dishes served, I'm from the Southern US. xD

It was noodles but with peanut butter, garlic breadcrumbs, and some spicy seasoning that I can't remember the name of.

The best would be potato bake, curry chicken, rice, veggies with cheese and pumpkin fritters. A good old Sunday feast!

It is our expertise in the Philippines. We call it 'adobo,' and it's a chicken dish cooked with soy sauce, vinegar, oil, and pepper at an iconic eatery. I tried it out once out of curiosity, and it was well praised by my family. I was so happy at that time and I think that was the best meal I’ve ever made.

I once made a delicious vegetarian lasagna for a girl I was dating. It had all natural and fresh ingredients and took a lot of preparation and time to make. Totally worth it!

At the moment, Black Forest Cake (American version). I baked the German rich chocolate cake for my brother's birthday this past April. It was so rich that he said his chocolate quota for the year is filled : )
