Last year I made jalapeno, habanero/yellow, and red chili jam (green, gold, and red) that we put on summer sausage and crackers with cream cheese. They make nice gifts because of the festive colors. The jam itself is not hard to make and I was surprised at how good it was!

Not specifically for holidays but this is usually foolproof for me.
