Would you agree to our grand parents and great-grands are better cooks than the younger generations today.

Maybe not always better cooks but they certainly had more opportunity to cook often. Now, we not only have restaurants everywhere, but they deliver it to our house.

As someone who has worked in traditional cuisine, where we use wood to prepare a certain dish, I can tell you it's a lot more hussle. Despite the fact that the end result of our meal is always different and much more palatable, I can still go to the modern where food is cooked using electricity or a stove. Traditional ones, on the other hand, are always the best and most memorable for me.

Traditional cooking was the best they used less ingredients and spices but the food was so delicious.

My grandma was an amazing cook and really took the time to plan out menus and cook from natural foods that could take several hours…definitely think traditional cooking is better than our modern ways of fast food and fast recipes.
