Do you relish the hot and spicy Indian food?

Post by Umesh Bhatt »

Indian food is popular worldwide. It is generally having spices and chillies to give it that particular flavour. Do you like to take Indian food? How often?

I love Indian food and haven't had it in a while. I have a cookbook that lists spices from all over the world. Thanks for the reminder because now I think I'll head over to the kitchen and try a new recipe!

I love Indian food! I like to eat it at least once a week, in winter more.

Being from India it would be weird if I didn't like it :happy-sunny:
Also, most people think that all the Indian dishes are tongue-numbing hot! It's not! They just need to try spicy dishes that are well-balanced. Not the fanciful ones that are filled with chilies simply because they could.

Unfortunately, I have such a sensitive tongue. It does not tolerate any spicy food at all. If I do eat spicy food, my tongue burns and it is quite uncomfortable. So I have to stay away from some delicious foods.

Not really. Not after my first encounter with Indian food, the pepper was too much for me
