Salad Dressing

Post by Nyavaloesther »

I found my self everyday making one kind of salad dressing where I mix yoghurt, salt, black pepper, vinegar and chili powder. What I really want is a healthier option of salad dressing especially the one that can help reduce weight?

What is your to go to Healthy salad dressing??? I am looking for something with ingredients i can easily find in the market and that will always push me to eat more salad

For healthy salad dressing, I just use a little olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. For "unhealthy," it's ranch or blue cheese dressing. :D :D :D

I have been eating a spinach, cranberry and walnut salad a lot lately and the dressing is olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt. The recipe is on Pinterest, not sure if I'm allowed to post the link here. Anyways, I think the dressing is really good!

for me it's olive oil, vinegar and salt and a dash of black pepper, you can replace the vinegar with lemon juice, and you can add minced garlic too it will give it flavor.

Simple is the best. So lemon, a bit of oil, pepper, and salt. Done. Unhealthy is mayo.

My husband makes homemade vinaigrette. I find myself becoming full quicker and using less dressing.

A healthy salad dressing is mixing cashew nuts with orange juice.
