Massive amounts of fat and salt are found in cheese, which highly developed brains continue to crave. Definitely, I love cheese very much. Biological or psychological, nature or nurture, our passion for cheese is a never-ending affair that I hope never stops.

We use cheese in or on almost everything at our house. It is definitely one of our favorite foods! I mainly use cheddar, pepper jack and Cougar cheeses for making sauces and potato/cheese soup.

Yes, cheese is super versatile! Use it as a sauce, a base, something to provide contrast, or even the main event, it's definitely beloved. I think people don't realize how many dishes have cheese until they're tasked with cutting them out (for example if a lactose intolerant friend comes to visit).

Unlike other kinds of alternative foods and substitutes (gluten-free bread, sugar free jams, etc.), cheese is a lot harder to replace.
