I enjoy the combination of beans and bread with plantains. I can eat it three times in a row without getting tired of it. Pounded yam with egusi is another one of my favorites.

Amala and Ewedu

Rice with chicken
Yam and egg
Beans and plantain and lots more

Wow, Nigerian foods are unique. I love Ugu and Egusi soup with Semo or Pounded yam.

I have never in my life tried Nigerian food. The names seem so intriguing tho. Once I get the chance to, I'll definitely taste them.
