I'm a big fan of snacks like any type of Chocolat or sweets.
I'd like to know if you knew of healthy snacks that could replace my sweets 😅
Thank you!

Mixed nuts
Nuts are an ideal nutritious snack, providing the perfect balance of healthy fats, protein, and fiber. There are plenty of nuts you can choose from, including walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, pine nuts, macadamia nuts, cashews, and pistachios.

You can also eat fruits like mangoes.

Greek yogurt and mixed berries.

Kale chips.

I hope that helps.

Thank you!
Sometimes I replace my snacks with fruits like guava, Apple, and papaya. It's all nutritious and yummy. Maybe these fruits do not suit you but you can choose the fruits which you love the most. Just my suggestion.😊🇵🇭

Healthy snacks that can replace sweets include fruits such as apples, oranges, and bananas; nuts and seeds like almonds, walnuts, and sunflower seeds; yogurt; granola; trail mix; hummus; veggie sticks; smoothies; and popcorn.
These snacks are all packed with nutrients and can help satisfy cravings without the added sugar and calories of sweets.

I love sweet chocolate snacks and like to have them every single day. I also like Lara Bars as a convenient snack. They're made with dates and nuts, so I think they're a better option than things like cookies made with sugar. Dates, especially Medjool, are so delicious and full of minerals. All types of fruits are also healthy and make good snacks.

I enjoy a mix of savory and sweet snacks. Nuts, dried fruits, and vegetable sticks with hummus are among my daily go-tos. For a sweet tooth moment, dark chocolate-covered almonds or homemade energy bites hit the spot.

If I want something light I like having some popcorn, or else I like having some deep fried Indian snacks such as Samosas and Pakoras. Though I am not someone who snacks often.

I love apples with peanut butter or bananas with peanut butter and marshmallow fluff. I also really like carrots and I usually have it with a Thai peanut dressing. Sometimes when I’m in the mood, I’ll do a cucumber snack where I add either peanut sauce or I could do a ranch or I make up something.

Lightly salted seaweed. It tastes like a chip. It is low in calories and tasty. I get the olive oil variety. It is healthy and inexpensive.
