Traditional food "Ugali"

Post by SALIM RAJAB 1 »

This recipe is the Staple food in my country KENYA. its made from grinded maize, cassava and sorghum.
HOW TO COOK - Boil water to it's boiling point, add the mixture bit by bit while stiring the content till its viscosity is
hard enough.finally close the Ugali and leave it for 5 minutes.
to be ready for serving.
Ugali can be served with green veggies (a variety of them)
plus milk.

I can't wait to go to Kenya and taste this food. I've heard lots of positive reviews about it.
