I am from the Philippines, and one of our traditional food is “Sinigang.” This kind of dish can be applied to fish, chicken, pork, and beef. It usually has a sour taste that you’d love to eat often.

I'm from Nigeria. That's in Africa in case you're wondering   Our most popular dish is called jollof rice and it's just to die for. It's rice cooked in tomato, pepper, and onion sauce usually with a lot of spices like curry, ginger, thyme, paprika, etc. And vegetables like carrots, peas, and cucumbers can be used for garnishing. It's served with fried chicken and fried plantains or coleslaw. It's yummy, take my word for it

There's a soup popular to the southern part of Nigeria here that sounds a lot similar to your green soup. And we eat fufu too!!!

I am from Ghana( West Africa), our local dishes are fufu and banku. They are all eatable with soup. Foreigners mostly prefer banku to fufu.

Jollof rice in South Africa. However, I am a biracial so Adobo is in my hometown. Both of which are delightful and something that I love to endorse.

The traditional dishes in our country are Lumpia, Pancit, Chicken Adobo, Sinigang and many others. These foods can be seen even in any place in the Philippines. This are the most common food as you go to the Philippines that you will never going to forget if you tried.

What could be more American than apple pie? This is definitely a traditional dish that I enjoy -- but only a few times a year on special occasions.

Americans are known for eating hamburgers, hotdogs, and apple pie. We eat those on occasion. My husband I both have Swedish ancestors, and we love our Swedish meatballs and Swedish pancakes. We are not a fan of the lutefisk though!

I'm Nigerian. We have loads of traditional dishes but mine is a tie between Jollof Rice (you might of heard of this) and Egusi soup. The latter is crushed melon seed that's fried in palm oil, spiced up, mixed with meat, fish, all kinds of tasty fleshy bits, and eating with a lump of starch.
