Today it will be spicy noodles, eggs and sausages. I can already see it steaming hot. Perfect.

Won't be making anything yoday, but in the next week I will be making my home made potato soup for sure! Hopefully I'll be able to hide some from my fiancé so I can freeze a bit for a later time! I'm also planning on cooking in bulk the next month or two so we can be stocked up for a while. I'll be making my special chicken burgers, risotto, pizza, and hopefully some perogis if I can find a gluten free recipe that's good enough. Yum!
I know you wrote this long ago, but did you finally make that meal?

My unbelievable good, Maple Vanilla Granola! It is incredibly yummy and satisfying both in almond milk and plain, for breakfast or just as a snack :cooking:

I didn't bake anything today - although I have a summer's flu with a hideous fever. . .
Does that count as baking something, because I am definitely burning hehe

I did make my famous potato bake dish this past Sunday for a braai, although it was so hot, a cold potato salad might have worked better.

I am a HUGE fan of crockpot recipes, mostly because they're so easy and quick! Yesterday I made a really yummy vegan coconut curry in my crockpot. It has broccoli, tomatoes, chickpeas, sweet potato, etc. and it was so good! Also very healthy!

Since I am a big fan of delicious meals, I always make sure that I pour my heart into wy cooking. Today I cooked rice. I fried it. I used an onion, a tomato, green pepper, and carrot, while paying attention to the time I take before adding them consecutively. I am happy with the results because they are great.

Hi! I made a very healthy lunch for the kids for school tomorrow, it was very quick and easy! I made savory rice with thinly sliced broccoli, chickpeas, tomato and mushroom pasta sauce cooked in a small amount of vegan margarine. Also packed garlic bread. 😃

It's being long since I made this. Rice and Stew. What was different this time was how I held up on the spice and salt and just allowed the ingredient shine on their own. Verdict? It was delicious.
Today's me is better than yesterday's me.

Wanted something fancy...so I may loaded fries. I peeled and cut up the potatoes and made fries, baked chicken nuggets, fried hotdogs and turkey bacon. Tumbled all together with ketchup and mustard and sprinkled gouda cheese.
