Booky_BettyC wrote: 10 Jul 2016, 00:41 Thank you! The last time I made them I put green onion, feta, spinach, and garlic in a food processor to make a paste. Then added it to the chicken. I then add one egg for a litte bit more structure when they cook. Add a piece of havardi cheese smack dab in the middle of the meat and then you have one amazing burger! So delicious and juicy. I've also used mushrooms and baby bell peppers. Everything is optional pretty much. I also may add some BBQ sauce and ketchup or just season with basil and thyme. I'm not one to write down recipes or strictly follow them, so I'm sorry if you were looking for specific amounts. Like a blank canvas is to a painter, cooking is exactly that for me!?

Sometimes I make all different kinds and just freeze them not knowing what kind they are. Surprise chicken burger everytime lol.
i also did same, but i did not put ketchup because i do not like it. Ketchup has it way to spoil my taste board.

I made salmon, roasted asparagus, steamed green beans, and rice for dinner. Interestingly enough, I made muffins today from a recipe that I've made so many times I could make them in my sleep, but I forgot the baking soda! I don't think I've ever done that! They were flat and dense, but luckily I added enough chocolate chips that they're still tasty. Oops!

I won't be making anything for today. Maybe make a few sandwiches to last me the whole day. I won't stress so much

Made some ugali and traditional vegetables. Ugali is quite common in east Africa. Its basically corn flour mashed into a cake with water

I had tea with homemade bread for breakfast. This is my first time making bread. It came out well. I am proud of myself. Still undecided on what to eat this afternoon.

Not today I made 1x apple crumble and 1x Apple strudel in preparation for people coming over tomorrow.

Tomorrow I’ll be cooking deep fried breaded Brie with sauce as a starter.

Main course slow cooked beef short ribs in a red wine reduction served with sour cream and chive mashed potatoes, roasted carrots and parsnips.

Dessert of course the two bits I made today.
We've longed to see the roses, but never felt the thorns
And bought our pretty crowns, but never paid the price
Find me in the river, find me there
Find me on my knees with my soul laid bare

Well, I don't know how to add pictures, but today I cooked arracherra tacos from scratch, including making my own corn tortillas. They were yummy!
