I made a chicken casserole with onions, red and green peppers, and mushrooms. I served it with rice and cauliflower. For dessert we had stewed apples and custard.

I baked a delicious carrot cake today, topped with a rich chocolate fondant. The combination of the moist, spiced carrot cake and the smooth, velvety chocolate fondant created a delightful contrast of flavors and textures. It was a sweet and satisfying treat!

Today i made Ugali and managu i dont really know its English name. Its kenyan dish.
First you boil some water and add maize flour slowly while stirring until it makes it hard bt soft😂😂
And then cover it until you it starts smelling good, dont let it burn😂.
Come here later for the managu recipe if you succeeded in preparing ugali.
