Today I made cinnamon French toast with a maple pecan cream cheese that we had for a filling on the inside. Super delicious and sweet. I added a little milk to the egg mix to make it a little more creamy. Unfortunately I at it all before taking a picture!

Hi pasta lovers a simple bolognese sauce spaguetti hope you to enjoy
Cook the Pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
Drain the pasta and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add the onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in grated carrot and chopped celery, cook for a few minutes until softened.
Pour in crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, stirring to combine.
Season with oregano, basil, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
Optional: Pour in red wine, let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
Simmer the sauce over low heat for 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

I baked some chocolate chip cookies with a peanut butter center and thought I would try a crinkle top on them with some cocoa power...the crinkle top didn't work out so well...but the center was pretty good.

Honey-Baked Salmon. Salmon is the perfect blank slate for so many different flavor profiles, but I prefer this sweet and smoky combo.

This is only the third time I've tried this recipe and the dish just keeps getting better and better.

The glaze couldn't be easier to make either - just simmer butter, brown sugar and spices on the stove until the sauce slightly thickens.

Today I made a fresh batch of chicken soup using 10
Pounds of chicken drumsticks and a couple of pounds of chicken feet (for collagen), then I added celery, carrots, garlic and onion to let it simmer over the burner for a bit. I made noodles for my chicken soup separately so they don’t get soggy, purred some of the vegetables with my broth and poured that over my noodles….. it’s such an easy, yummy and fool-proof way of having lots of veggies to keep your immune system high.

Today, I prepared a savory pot of jollof rice accompanied by well-seasoned grilled chicken. It's a family favorite, and the aroma fills the kitchen with warmth.
