I tried a kitchen hack and made some veggie rolls using scratch ingredients I have. It was very tasty, I used spicy mayo, some veggies and some leftover boiled beans. I put them on tortilla and rolled it. It turned out very tasty. It is fun and quick.

today i was feeling a it tired but i was super hungry after school so while scrolling on tiktok i saw this cool recipe on
cream pasta and it was the best thing i ever had
recipe: 1. Slice the tomatoes into fours, coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and bake at 400° F for 30 minutes.
2. Dice the onions, carrots, and celery. Add to a pot, drizzle with olive oil, and cook on the stove until soft.
3. Once soft, add more olive oil and minced garlic (don’t let the garlic brown).
4. Add cooked veggies and tomatoes to a blender and blend until smooth. Add in dried oregano, fresh basil, and salt.
5. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
6. Cook the fusilli noodles.
7. Once the noodles are cooked, mix in the sauce.
8. Serve and top with parmesan.
9. Enjoy!

Today, I tried my hand at baking a classic chocolate chip banana bread. It's one of my favorite comfort foods, and the aroma of it baking in the oven is just heavenly. The combination of ripe bananas and chocolate chips makes for a delicious treat. I can't wait to enjoy a slice with a cup of tea later. What about everyone else? Any interesting culinary creations in your kitchens today?

I plan on cooking abacha with garden eggs and carrots. The vegetables give it a flavour that's hard to resist.
