It is a cold morning here so I decided to make an English breakfast and some free tea, so the plate had 2 breakfast sausages, 2 tomatoes that were halved, sautéed button halved mushrooms, some warmed up baked beans, 2 bacon strips nothing better than the streaky, two sunny side eggs and 2 perfectly brown pieces of toast and because I mostly love eating healthy I always recommend some sliced avocado on the side.

Cooked some fried fish with bammy. It's been awhile that I've cooked that but it turned out ok.

I cooked a mixture of maize and beans. This is one of the cheapest meals in Africa. It is both edible when just boiled, but even sweeter when fried.
