today I cooked "Chicken Adobo" a traditional and delicate dish in here the Philippines. Its a soy sauce and vinegar base dish. First Sautee the chopped Onion, garlic and Ginger, add the chicken and follow the chicken and some seasoning and let it simmered until it became almost dry, then add some black pepper and bay leaf. and that's it you have a special Filipino delicate "chicken adobo"

It’s a pizza. I think God personally created it. I’m always ready to eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Since I'm trying to lose weight, I've decided to cut down on my carbs so I had beans today and a local delicacy called garri and fried fish(not so healthy since garri is actually fermented cassava)
