Guinea fowl is in the pot today. One flew into a window and broke its neck this morning. I'll also bake banana cake as the latest crop is quickly ripening.

I made instant ramen with my own special sauce hehe. I like my ramen spicy! But, today I did not make it spicy since I had to feed my siblings and cousins. I love experimenting with instant ramen or homemade noodles and pastas.

I am on way rn to make Banana cake in a day or two as our dear Mrs D O has sorted out a very well made recipe for me.^^ And, I can't wait to let all of you know how it turns out! I can feel it will be very tasty!

I am home on holidays(In Africa),been cooking ever since I came home but yesterday and today I haven’t stepped into the kitchen just because I am a little bit sick,hopefully tomorrow or the day after I am back😁.

My friend Rodney was showing how to make mukimo. Its a dish common with the kikuyu, a Kenyan tribe made from mashed potatoes and bananas
