Living in PH, I cook always rice and vegetables fresh from the garden. I am an assistant of mom in the kitchen.

I cooked rice and stew today. I leave for that because I can never have enough of chicken stew. Next I want to try my hands at pepper soup I heard that the two really delicious but I've never been able to really cook it.

I made chicken in spinach gravy today. Made it for the first time from an online recipe and it turned out to be amazing. I love trying new recipes as much as I like to experiment. I mostly experiment when I'm feeling lazy about thinking too much about what to cook. I was feeling lazy about what kinda chicken recipe to cook today. And I also had to cook a vegetable dish. So I thought to mix up the two. Fortunately I found a very simple recipe online and I'm glad I tried it.

My wife misses garlic sauce that accompanies most pizza orders in Ireland so I attempted to recreate this for her (in America).

Mayonnaise, plain Greek yogurt, crushed garlic (2-3 cloves), olive oil, Za'atar spice are the central ingredients.

I love pancakes! Have you tried cooking it in your own style? I did it! Using ingredients that are only present in your kitchen, its like you did not plan but you just feel like having it and it tastes so yummy and delicious! Hmmm...Let's have it now! :wink2:

Today was unstuffed cabbage rolls. We are on a low carb diet. It's been an experience changing how I cook.

I was tired when I got home so I used the pressure cooker, air fryer to make top ramen and made a salad on the side.
