I am obsessed with the Bon Apetit channel on youtube. They have amazing content. I especially love the show were gourmet chefs try to recreate store-bought junk food. The Cheetos episode blew my mind.

Good Eats is the best cooking show ever, period. Alton Brown is funny as hell.

Heart! We will forget him!
You an I, tonight!
You may forget the warmth he gave,
I will forget the light.

When you have done, pray tell me
That I my thoughts may dim;
Haste! lest while you're lagging.
I may remember him!

Hey Heatholt!
Glad to see another Bon Apetit fan. In my opinion, they're the best company-owned cooking channel on YouTube. Did you watch the "Making Perfect" series on pizza? Truly amazing.

I love Asian food and follow Demistifying Chinese Cooking, Asian at Home and Maangchi. Wonderful authentic recipes with in deep explanations and step-by-step guides

I love watching Cutthroat Kitchen. The challenges are fun to watch because they force the competitors to be more creative. It's exciting to see who will move on to the next round and what they will have to face next.

My favorite is definitely Top Chef: Just Desserts. It was so much fun to watch. Unfortunately, they never made a third season--not sure why, but I enjoy watching the reruns.

Chopped! There's just something about cooking competitions that makes me enjoy watching them. The whole process of food preparation and presentation is just intriguing to me.
