Hope you visit Japan soon! The professional raw eaters! I just love eating their sushis and sashimis.

The food I eat raw is garri. It can be drank using sugar and milk. It is very sweet and cheap.

I try to eat a good portion of my diet as raw as it makes me feel good and is probably better than most cooked foods. Mainly I eat lots of raw fruits, salads, smoothies, nuts and seeds, and sometimes make other raw recipes. It's easier to eat more raw foods in the spring and summer. In the winter I do like to have soups, chilis, stews, quinoa, and steamed veggies for my evening meals. If you need some great raw recipes, check out Raw Food Romance on YouTube. Their recipes and presentations are awesome!

Indeed, I've explored the realm of rawsome food. The vibrant, nutrient-packed dishes align well with my commitment to a wholesome and balanced lifestyle. Raw salads, smoothie bowls, and innovative raw desserts have found a place in my culinary adventures.
