Where can I get some free ebook/PDF/cooking books? Just starting my adventure in the culinary field; and wanted to cook more that just what is provided in my texts books.

I don't think you'll find much luck on this site. This site is more for publishers who want to put their literary work out there.

If you want to learn about traditional cooking for optimal health, check out Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon and Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston A. Price. Also, I am looking into becoming a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. If that peaks your interest, just google nutritional therapy. Best of luck to you!! Let me know what you end up studying. :)

I was able to score some free cookbooks on my kindle. Go to amazon and search for “free cookbooks”. You should be able to download them onto your e-reader or computer! Good luck!
