I suggest oatmeal with peanut butter and almond. These are all healthy and will surely help you achieve your desired physique.

Oatshake. Blending overnight oats with milk, peanut butter, and any nuts of your choice. It's super easy and yum.

Bacon (lean), eggs and toast. Not every day, but this is a very good breakfast option. Muesli and greek yogurt is also great!

There's nothing more striking than oats with milk and peanut butter on top. It's high in proteins, which will keep your body and mind in excellent nick. It's also tasty and a terrific source of energy.

Oatmeals and fruit bowls! The most nutritious things one can think of. But honestly, my go-to b'fast has always gotta be sunny side up eggs with bread and some fruits along with some hot/cold beverage (depending on the season).

Breakfast is the most important meal that kicks your day hence should give energy, vitamin and starch. I like boiled eggs, cassava and a banana.

I don't think there is anything more nutritious than oatmeal with fruits and nuts. Smoothies come next. Even eggs are a good source of nutrition.

It used to be oatmeal, quick, easy and cheap, but after I found out it in no way cana be taken dayly, I gave up on it.
