Defiantly dieting. You make food all the time anyway so it isn't that hard to adjust too. You're just buying slightly different groceries and learning how to portion! It's a lot easier than breaking a sweat, let alone getting into a new habit of exercise.

Dieting is not my cup of tea. My food intake is normal and I prefer to go for some exercises.

I prefer exercising to dieting. I have never dieted before and I don't think I fancy the idea since I'm a foodie.

I would rather focus on exercising than dieting. I struggle to cut out certain foods from my diet. The biggest thing I try to do with dieting is just reducing my portion sizes vs cutting out certain foods.

I love to exercise. I think the key is to find what you enjoy doing, and do it often. For some, it’s playing sports, for others, it’s heavy lifting, etc..
My favorite form of exercise is dancing and playing volleyball.

It's exercise for me as you focus not only on the inside but also the outside.

I'd have to say exercise.
Dieting tends to be quite hard on the body in some instances.
A better viewpoint would be an overall lifestyle approach for improved wellness and also helps the mind.

I prefer exercise just because I like to be active. Certain types of 'dieting' is just not it for me. But I will watch what I eat and try to make healthier and better decisions.

Even though diet helps in maintaining an ideal weight, exercise helps in maintaining cardiovascular health. So we should practice both. But for me dieting way more easier than exercise

Personally, I prefer both. I exercise regularly, a few times a week, and I am also keen on what I am ingesting.

I don't like the restrictiveness of a diet as an intuitive eater, I just eat what I feel my body needs. Definitely exercise over diet.

I prefer to do both. i start on a diet gor about 1 and a half weeks and when my body is accustomed, i incorporate exercise. I find it very very very😂 effective when i want to lose belly fat and one or two kgs. Although I never take my dieting long term, it is effective for a months period or so.

I prefer both. I want to keep a good weight and stay toned at the same time. A few lunges and squats will do.

I prefer dieting. Exercise is just so tiresome.
