I prefer exercise because without exercise I can not sleep and can not do anything. Exercise is like my hobby.

Yes I prefer take diet, not to eat salt, caffeine, gluten, carbo, fat so much for any meals, will caused more disease while begin reach 40 old, and take cuisine not much and addicted, just only take for enough portions. Health is number one. Take any meal can do but doing sports and control your self when facing the meals, not so greedily eat.

Exercising, it keeps me in a better mood and i don't like sticking to a strict eating plan.

Dieting. I haven't given up on any of my favorite foods, but I have been eating healthier. I exercise too. Sometimes. When someone forces me. I have nothing against it. I would just rather curl up with a nice book, a blanket, and coffee. Also, a pencil, because I like writing notes in the margins.

I don't do both. My body is okay so I don't have any diet routine. I tried to do exercise but as per my observation, every after 15 days of exercise, I get dizzy and nauseous. I don't know why. I haven't had myself checked. I'm sure I'm fine. :eusa-think: I think. :D :eusa-think:

I think both goes together actually. I prefer more of dieting and eating right to exercising.

Exercise, definitely.
Dieting for me is avoiding white sugar and processed foods as much as possible. I definitely eat carbs though, so I don't know if I actually diet.
However, I don't think getting fat is the problem, so much as being unhealthy, whatever one's size is. If you are slim, and unfit, with poor muscle tone, you should absolutely still exercise and maybe cut out sugar while at it. Diabetes type 2 can still affect slim people.

I believe in eating healthy and also exercising for physical fitness, not just to lose weight.

Diets are no longer considered useful and effective. Because even if you lose a little weight, there is a chance that after returning to a regular food, you will gain weight back or even more. And your body will experience great stress. The best diet is a proper balanced nutrition. You can sometimes afford a little of your favorite junk food. Then there is a chance that this useful habit will stay with you for life. Proper nutrition will be good for your figure, and for your skin, and for your hair, and for your well-being. Don't demand too much from yourself at first. Do everything gradually and then you will do it.

Definitely excercise over dieting. Instead of dieting I'd rather stick to home cooked meals. I'm not a fan of junk food either.
