What do you prefer- dieting or exercise?

Post by Naval Aulakh »

Hey everyone
These days people have become so busy that they don't pay much attention towards their health. They are getting fat as a result. Some people do extreme diet to lose weight and sone opt for heavy exercises. According to me there should be a balance of both diet and exercise.
What do you think about this?

I agree. I think that the best results come from both eating healthy and doing exercises. But for me it's easier to diet. I just remove from the fridge everything I shouldn't eat and drink a lot of water. But when it comes to exercises, the only thing I usually do is just avoid the elevator. I'm not even sure if that counts as exercise :))

I prefer exercising. I really enjoy doing Pilates. It leaves me feeling energized and refreshed. I have noticed though that I naturally shy away from rich foods.

Exercising all the way. I don't like any of the two and luckily I have the kind of structure that doesn't really need any of them. But I'd rather just eat all I can and burn it up through exercise. Plus, exercising keeps you fit.

I prefer exercising more although dieting is crucial when it comes to exercising since you have to eat some type of way when you are exercising so that the exercise you are doing can make sense

I think there has to be a balance between both exercise and diet. I prefer exercise because it can be made into a habit.

Although I know exercising is important for the health, sometimes I'm sooooo lazy I prefer to go on a diet.

Hands down... diet, however, I know that you need both diet and exercise for things to "gel", so to speak.

I prefer to exercise because when you diet once you reach your goal sometimes that when I have noticed with other people that they tend to just want to celebrate by eating what they shouldn't. Then it goes downhill from there. With exercising you can just burn the calories off.

I know both are very important. However, I find it easy to manage my diet than regularly doing exercise. And I believe unhealthy diet will kill quickly than lack of exercise.

I prefer exercise because it is a good habit... On dieting , the more u skip meals the more u eat for ur next meals so the more u get fat.
