I am honestly so lazy in exercising. Even though my physician has already told me to do so, I still cannot, and my body still says no. Hence, I am on a regular diet and try not to eat fatty foods as much as I do.

I would prefer exercising than dieting. Exercising has many benefits in my body as it improves my muscles and strengthen my ones. Also, it is one of my stress relievers because it keeps me entertained and forget on anything.

I'd prefer both, but we should balance the diet. Exercise is most important to us, it maintain our body to become healthy.

I personally find exercises like playing football and running easier. Dieting requires a lot of discipline. I actually love playing football growing up, so I find it much easier to do than restricting myself on a diet

Exercise is preferable to me. When I'm told not to eat a particular food that is when I want to eat it more even if I don't normally care for it. Plus exercise is healthier.

:D When it comes to health I find everyone is different, for me exercise is not something I enjoy but dieting is easier for me to. I think we are all different and handle these in our own way, eating better or spending more time at the gym comes down to what we as individuals prefer to do. As for me dieting makes more sense at I control what I eat and how much of it without having to exercise which I don’t really like. :lol2:

it's not about which one i prefer it's about which one I have to do, in this case for someone who is trying to lose weight it's definitely both, for me neither can work without the other, they compliment each other

Exercise ! Playing sports (and generally moving around) is my favorite way of clearing my head out, always find myself feeling a little brighter after a few reps.

In general, I also can't end the day without any form of exercise or moving around; I just become cranky.

Excercising. I would definitely choose excercising over dieting anytime! We were born to eat the delicacies of the world. Choosing to diet is basically abandoning food snaps willingly. No offense, really. I am just a big foodie who loves excercising.

Probably dieting. I like knowing that I am eating healthy and good whole foods that fill me up when I am disciplined to follow a routine of snack and full meal eating throughout the day. I typically make exercising my escape from anger. I like to meditate and do planks/stretching as I read.
