I made fatcakes recently, they consist of flour, yeast, salt, sugar and water. They are basically the more savory version of doughnuts and can be had with mince, cheese, curry, ham... Anything really.

From a box? Wow i could never relate. I grew up knowing you have to make everything from scratch but I love making crisps. They usually turn out so perfect that I just overeat.

Yes I made a cookie as well from it. Muffins have also been my favorite food to bake, and I enjoy them. My family liked it very much.

The last thing I made from scratch was beans porridge. Something I'd wants to make from scratch is kimchi or soy sauce.
Today's me is better than yesterday's me.

I made a double batch of chicken divan. It's been my favorite dinner since childhood. It's made of chopped broccoli, chopped chicken, sauce, and grated cheddar cheese on top. The sauce includes cream of chicken soup, mayo, lemon juice, and curry. Heat it up and serve it over rice. My mom used to make this for me. Now I make it for her and my dad, hence the double batch.

The last thing that I made from scratch and am very proud of is eclairs with vanilla cream and chocolate topping.
