I usually soak my like in milk to get rid of that bloody taste but I can incorporate it somewhere in this recipe so that i can try it out.

Liver and Kidney Sauce is simply Liver and Kidney cooked in a light Caramelized Onions sauce. Wash the Liver and Kidney thoroughly to get rid of as much blood as you can. Add the Soy Sauce and mix thoroughly, then leave to marinate for 30 minutes,  then set aside.

In the same pot add d remaining oil. When it’s hot, add the washed Liver, Kidney, Thyme, Curry Powder, Knorr Cubes and Salt to Taste, then fry till it browns on all sides.
When it’s browned, add the 1 cup of water, blend ur crayfish, Ginger and Garlic together, add it and allow to cook till it’s fully cooked. This should take 7-8 minutes…
Now, add the grounded cameroun pepper, add the diced sweet pepper, carrot, spring onion, then pour the fried onions back into the pan, taste for salt, adjust if necessary, then cook for 2 minutes more…
Your Liver and Kidney Sauce is ready!

I have never heard of this sauce and am not a big lover of kidney, but my family really likes it so I may as well try this.
