How to use Spinach?

Hey y’all,
I was gifted a few bags of spinach and need to use it before it goes bad. I typically make spinach quiche with it and was wondering what else to use it for as there is only so much quiche the family and I want to eat! Does anyone else have ideas… I was thinking of maybe doing Spinach lasagne. The most basic, beginner-friendly, few ingredients the better! While I could use some of it in a smoothie, I don't love the taste of it in liquids.

Do you even like spinach? Its not my favorite do give some of it to my pet rabbits as a treat but I can't give them too much or they will get sick.
