Do you like Almonds? They seem to be a very versatile food. I'm going to be honest and admit that I don't love them, they are not my favorite nut. However, I found a bag of Raw Almonds in my pantry and don't want them to go to waste. I honestly forget why I got them, I probably used them in trail mix and while I could roast them in seasonings for snacking, I was wondering what are your favorite recipes that use almonds? Bonus points if they are deserts or beginner-friendly. Raw Almonds seem to have a lot of opportunities; I could keep them in the form they are or turn them into flour or milk or something.

I love almonds. I wish they were not so expensive! I get them occasionally, but not often. It is a shame; they taste great.

I like almonds. I sometimes use them in the granola I prepare for breakfast. They have a lot of protein.

Yes, I like Almonds. I have a suggestion even though this is a late reply.
You can make an Apple Almond Crunch SALAD
You need these ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package mixed salad greens
1 large tart apple, cored and chopped
½ cup slivered almonds
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup sliced red onion
¼ cup golden raisins
1 cup raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing
Just follow the procedure down below.
Directions:
Toss salad greens, apple, almonds, feta, onion, and raisins together in a large salad bowl until well blended.
Apply salad dressing to individual serving.
