I started in my teens... probably when I was 12 or 14. It was so fun and exciting! I have always been curious to try out new dishes whenever my heart wishes to hehehe

I started cooking food when I was 16 years old. One of the first things I learned to cook was carne asada tacos! My family loved it so much they started making me cook something every week.

For as long as I can remember I used to spend time with my parents in the kitchen. I was never allowed to cook but I used to assist in the prep work. Mostly I used to chatter sitting on the counter. Even without doing anything I picked up cooking techniques by watching them practically every day. As a result, I started to cook by the time I was fifteen.
