I prefer that most of people to eat half cooked vegetables because nutrition and vitamin are more than full cooked.yet also take an advice from a doctor for better health.

I try to cook where the vegetable still has a little crunch but doesn't taste raw. It depends on which vegetable and how it tastes.

I like half cooked for we don't need to kill the nutrients.

I like my cabages half cooked but my African veges may need to be fully cooked else they taste like bitter herbs.

I prefer fully cooked, but that is only based on the way they taste. I think as long as you eat a healthy, balanced diet, there is no need to worry to this extent.

Before you worry about how you cook, make sure you're eating organic and local when possible. The microbes found in local, organic produce will help you body maintain a higher level of health by diversifying your microbiome. That being said, cooking vegetables until they're mush might be easier to digest, but you've destroyed all the fibers and a lot of the amino acids important for overall digestive health will also be destroyed. As a general rule, it's more nutritious to eat raw vs cooked. The more you cook, the more you kill.

I either just eat the vegetable raw, since apparently that preserves nutrients best, or fully cook it depending on the type of veggie, ie. okra, squash, potato.

Moderate is best. Overcooked and the vitamins are destroyed. Undercooked contain germs.

It depends a lot on the vegetable and how I’m trying to have it. Veggies like potatoes and leeks are usually fully cooked in my kitchen whereas others like broccoli may sometimes be half cooked for the sake of leaving the vegetable appetizing.

I prefer my Vegetable fully cooked. To me, if it's half-cooked and still hard it will make me feel as if I am eating raw or undercooked vegetable

I think it definitely depends on the vegetable itself.
