India's most favourited recipe "Aloo Parathe"

So here's a recipe for Aloo Paratha, a classic Indian stuffed flatbread.
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
1. 2 cups whole wheat flour
2. ½ teaspoon salt
3. Water (as needed)
4. 1 teaspoon oil or ghee
For the Stuffing:
1. 3 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)
2. 1 green chili (finely chopped)
3. ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
4. ½ teaspoon red chili powder
5. ½ teaspoon garam masala
6. ½ teaspoon amchur (dry mango powder)
7. 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
8. Salt to taste
For Cooking:
1. Ghee or butter
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough:
Mix flour, salt, and a little water to form a soft dough.
Knead well, cover, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
2. Make the Stuffing:
Mash boiled potatoes and mix them with all the spices, green chili, and coriander.
Ensure there are no lumps.
3. Stuff and Roll:
Take a small portion of dough, roll it into a small circle, and place some potato stuffing in the center.
Seal the edges and gently roll it into a paratha.
4. Cook the Paratha:
Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook the paratha on medium heat.
Apply ghee/butter and cook until golden brown on both sides.
5. Serve Hot:
Enjoy with curd, pickle, or butter!
