Hi! I was wondering if anyone has any good bread recipes and bread baking tips? I've made bread before and have had some success with rolls. However, I want to make sandwich bread but the last time I tried it was very dry and not good.

I love cottage cheese bread. Look for the recipe that won the cook-off in the late 50s or early 60s. Even if you normally do not like cottage cheese you will love this recipe.
