I don't believe in wasting food. So either someone is eating it for lunch the next day or I'm repurposing it into another meal.

For example our meatloaf last night starred in stuffed mushrooms today.

I store them and eat them with lunch the next day, dinner or repurpose them for another meal. I hate wasting food.

I like to use leftovers to take to work as my lunch. Then, I don't have to think about what I am going to have for lunch when I wake up in the morning.

Leftover rice is something that Indian cooks love to have them in their kitchen because there are ample of recipes that can be prepared using the basic ingredient as 'leftover rice'. But today I would like to share one of my favorite recipe of preparing 'paranthas' with the leftover rice. All you need to do is churn the leftover rice in the mixture and place it to a bowl. Add some ingredients like finely chopped onion, green chillies, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, cumin seeds, asafetida powder, salt, dried mango powder, carom seeds, nigella seeds, chilly powder, salt and decent amount of vegetable oil to it. Prepare a soft dough and leave it to rest for at least 7-10 mins. After that take a decent amount of dough and flatten them with the rolling pin or better to flatten them using the butter paper. Finally cook them on the pan or tawa spreading drops of oil, ghee or butter over it. Roast the both sides well and serve them hot with dahi, achaar or some hot spicy sabji.

We rarely have leftovers but in case of any I just warm it up and eat. Or alternatively if the leftovers were not much I cook that can be eaten with the leftovers

Leftover rice is my favourite. I can't resist the urge to to fry it again and make a better breakfast.

My mother taught me never to waste food. So I keep my leftovers and eat them the next day. That's what I do.

Anytime I know I will have leftovers, I keep them inside the refrigerator. The next morning, I microwave and eat. I don't believe in disposing of leftovers just like that

It all depends what the leftovers are! If there is enough for a whole meal then I'll take it to work for lunch the next day, if there is half a meal I will usually end up eating it over the rest of the evening. For meat if I do a roast I'll often use the left overs to make a soup or curry. If it's chicken then I'll do chicken soup, pork or other meats I'll do a curry with.
We've longed to see the roses, but never felt the thorns
And bought our pretty crowns, but never paid the price
Find me in the river, find me there
Find me on my knees with my soul laid bare

I put them in the fridge and will create something new with them the next day. It depends on how much is left. Sometimes it is enough just to reheat and have a  whole meal again.

I trash it. And sometimes I refrigerate it if I still had plans to eat it later.

I pack them in plastic plates and refrigerate them for another day. It would still be good food.
