I've been allergic to eggs my whole life and have found a banging recipe for American style blueberry pancakes!

Here's the link: https://priyakitchenette.com/2017/07/eg ... ke-recipe/

Side note - I've personally never used applesauce or banana as a substitute. I either use some oil and extra water in place of the egg or egg replacer. My favorite egg replacement is from the brand Orgran and is vegan and gluten free.

Yeah I have tried it. But the outcome and taste wasn't like that of the one with egg

I have the BEST recipe for vegan pancakes. Normally it is difficult to convince me to omit or substitute an ingredient when it comes to classic comfort foods, however I ate the pancakes prior to being told that they were vegan. It was a wonderful trick.
1 cup flour (whichever kind you prefer)
1 tablespoon sugar (I used organic cane sugar)
2 tablespoons baking powder
1⁄8 teaspoon salt
1 cup soymilk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

No, I have always used an egg. I did try a recipe with almond flour and cream cheese with the egg, etc. And those were delicious. In fact, I make them all the time now. Can you sub chia seeds (in water) for the egg?

Eggs are like the glue that bonds the pancakes ingredients together if you remove them the pancakes will break while cooking and will taste nasty

I’ve tried a recipe with eggs and banana, which was really nice and I normally would not eat pancakes unless they were the real ones.

No. You can make them without flour but not without eggs. Atleast I havent heard of any of those recipes without eggs.

Yes I did. I used bananas as an alternative to eggs. I did find it to be heavier but it wasn’t terrible because I enjoy the taste of bananas.

I have never tried it. Whenever I make pancakes, eggs is the first priority ingredient to check for me.

I once made banana pancakes, without the eggs. I didn't like how they turned out so I've decided to stick to the classic recipe.

Yup! With buttermilk.. It tastes really good! A great substitute for eggs. And if you are a vegetarian then surely give it a try.

I have tried this and it was alright. The eggs definitely make it fluffy and delicious. I want to try a healthy replacement for the eggs and see how it would taste in comparison.
