Sometimes I look for something to nibble after meal well I go for candy one piece only so it will not add up to my weight but if i couldn't help it I prepare gelatin occasionally and banana sweets, may I ask of you guys if you're having a dessert after meal?

Definitely. If that is something that is an option for me I would go for it after eating my men male. A man who could do with a little bit of sweet after the struggles of chewing and eating.
