Pancakes and drop scones are cooked basically the same way. The difference is that in dropscones you add baking powder to the mixture while in pancakes you don't .....interesting huh

I've never even heard of drop scones before. It looks like they might have a denser dough from what I researched. Hmmm, time to experiment with making some.

I hadn't noticed that before. I've never homemade scones though. Suppose I should someday!

I have as well. I mean how do you make them rise if you dont? Baking soda? Or are they not suposed to rise? I am confused. Also i had not heard of drop scones before, am i the only one here who hasnt?

Drop scones sound like drop biscuits, I’ve never heard of them before.

I have never made pancakes. I am not sure what drop scones are.
