I love coking but the idea of a restaurant seems to much for me. May be I would consider it in partnership with someone else.

To me opening a restaurant can be really stressful and time-consuming so I'm not interested in opening one for now

I think it is a very risky idea but if you do something unique that others don't, I don't see why not then.
